Mr Prasanna Shenoy Mangalpady is a founding partner of Prasanna Shenoy & Co in the year 2011. He graduated as Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in the year 2008 from Canara First Grade College, Mangaluru with a 02nd Rank in Mangaluru University. He pursued his CA articleship from CA M Jagannath Kamath, Mangaluru and completed his CA exams in May 2010 to qualify as a Chartered Accountant with All India 15th Rank in CA Finals. He has qualified the Company Secretarial examinations with 21st Rank in CS Executive and presently holding the qualification of Licentiate Company Secretary. He is also a qualified Information System Auditor holding a DISA(ICAI) qualification from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has completed the certification course on Indirect Taxes and Concurrent Audit of Banks which was provided by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has an experience of more than a decade in the Corporate Audit & Taxation Matters. He is also actively engaged in various public platforms and ICAI Mangaluru Branch activities as a committee member.

CA Megha Pai is a partner of Prasanna Shenoy & Co since 2015. She has graduated as Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in the year 2013 from Besant Evening College, Mangaluru. She has pursued her CA articleship from CA M Jagannath Kamath, Mangaluru and completed her CA exams in May 2014 to qualify as a Chartered Accountant. She is also a qualified Information System Auditor holding DISA(ICAI) qualification from Institute. She is an fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has completed her certification course on Concurrent Audit of Banks which was provided by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has an experience of four years in the field of Indirect Taxes and Audit.

He is also a qualified Information System Auditor holding DISA (ICAI) qualification from Institute. He is an fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He specializes in Audits of Banking Sector and financial Institutions. He has an experience of five years in the field of Audit & Taxation.
